Job Description

HR Admin / HR Executive – Job DescriptionCompany: Best Kitchenette

Location: Pune

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents and reports.
  • Support payroll and other administrative processes.
  • Handle basic office coordination and employee queries.
  • Requirements6 months – 1 year of experience in HR/Admin.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
