Job Description
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database/ATS.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, market conditions, and talent availability.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition; freshers may be considered for junior roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of interview and selection processes.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn, MS Office, and/or ATS tools.
- Preferred SkillsStrong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
