Field Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and market research.
• Visit industrial clients, factories, contractors, dealers, builders, and electrical consultants to generate business.
• Promote and sell electrical products such as wires and cables, switchgear, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, lighting products, and other electrical equipment.
• Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and negotiate prices to close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with the purchase, operations, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain daily field visit reports, enquiry details, customer follow-ups, and sales updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a technical or electrical background will be preferred.
• Experience in field sales, industrial sales, electrical sales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
