Job Description
Visiting doctors, clinics, and hospitals to promote the company's medicines.
Explaining product features, benefits, indications, dosage, and key differentiators.
Generating prescriptions by building strong relationships with doctors.
Meeting daily call averages and monthly sales targets.
Ensuring product availability at chemists and stockists.
Collecting market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and new launches.
Conducting CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional activities.
Submitting daily call reports, tour plans, and expense reports through the company's reporting system.
Coordinating with the Area Business Manager (ABM) and following the monthly tour plan.
Supporting payment collections and resolving stock-related issues when required.
Maintaining ethical promotion practices and complying with company policies.
