Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Facility Assistant Manager with good knowledge of NoBrokerHood software/application to manage day-to-day society facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily society operations using the NoBrokerHood application.
  • Manage visitor entry, staff entry, and security operations.
  • Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility services.
  • Coordinate with society residents, committee members, vendors, and staff.
  • Handle resident complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain staff attendance, duty rosters, and deployment records.
  • Monitor maintenance requests and follow up on pending complaints.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of society operations and service quality.
