Job Description
- Position: Jr. Centre Monitoring Executive
- Function: Monitoring
- Department: E-Surveillance
- Education: 12th / Undergraduate
- Experience: 0–6 months; Freshers can apply
- Shift: Rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week Off: Any day of the week, including weekends
- Role: Alert-based monitoring, video monitoring and retail process monitoring
- Key Responsibilities:24/7 visual video monitoring
- Monitor ATM machines, branches and retail processes
- Detect and deter attempted incidents/crime
- Ensure 100% schedule adherence
- Avoid monitoring miss-outs
- Escalate incidents as per SLA
