Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Pantry and Refreshments: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors. Keep the pantry clean and wash used cups.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces. Empty waste bins.
- Errands and Deliveries: Collect and distribute mail, packages, and documents. Run local errands like buying office supplies or visiting the bank.
- Supplies Management: Monitor and restock stationery, pantry items, and cleaning supplies.
- Administrative Support: Assist staff with basic tasks like photocopying, printing, scanning, or setting up meeting rooms.
