Job Description

  1. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Monitor ongoing processes and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  3. Communicate with different departments to maintain efficient operations.
  4. Identify process delays, bottlenecks, and operational issues.
  5. Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  7. Assist management in implementing process improvements.
  8. Conduct regular follow-ups and provide updates to management.
  9. Support scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
  10. Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills

  13. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
