About the Role

  • Oversee procurement of construction materials and services for urban development projects.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality & compliance.
  • Coordinate with project teams to forecast materials & inventory needs.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Commerce or related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in construction/real estate.
  • Strong negotiation & contract management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems; detail-oriented & analytical.
