About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving property sales, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and convert leads into property sales
  • Conduct property presentations and client consultations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals and handle negotiations
  • Maintain CRM database and sales documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting targets
  • Local market knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to travel for client meetings
