• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain Marathi Metromoney membership services.
• Understand customers' matrimonial requirements and preferences.
• Explain membership plans, features, benefits, and services clearly.
• Convince and convert prospective customers into paid memberships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
• Provide regular sales updates and reports.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the membership journey.
• Work towards improving conversion rates and overall sales performance.

• Good Marathi communication skills are mandatory.
• Previous Sales Experience is mandatory.
• Candidates from Telecalling, Telesales, Field Sales, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, Matrimonial, Membership Sales, or similar sales backgrounds are preferred.
• Laptop and Mobile Phone are compulsory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up skills.
