We're Hiring – Telecaller Executive
Company Profile -ScoreRocket is a financial services company dedicated to helping individuals understand, improve, and manage their credit profiles. We provide expert guidance on credit score improvement, credit report analysis, and credit profile management.
Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office) timing 10 am to 7 pm. Marathi excellent speaking
We're looking for confident and experienced Telecaller Executive to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls. Good at closing leads.
Guide customers about our services.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly targets is a must.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE of telecalling/telesales is a must
Excellent communication and convincing skills, Marathi excellent, basic hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
preferred - Male / Female (with experience in telecalling)
Service training will be provided
office timing - 10 to 7 pm
Location: Katraj, Pune
