Accounts & Audit Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Audit assistant to manage day-to-day accounting and statutory compliance activities. The role involves handling routine financial tasks as well as supporting audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records of clients.
• Prepare and file statutory returns including GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and Income Tax.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance-related documentation.
• Visit client or audit locations as required for internal audits, stock audits, and other statutory audits.
• Visit client at there premises for accounting work
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax return filing.
• Willingness to travel for audit assignments within the city when required.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
