About the role

Adsreach Global Pvt Ltd, a digital marketing agency, is hiring 2 Business Development Executives in Pune to generate and qualify leads for our BDM.

Responsibilities

  • Research prospects and run outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for the BDM
  • Follow up on inquiries and keep CRM records updated
  • Meet daily and weekly activity and lead targets

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales, tele-sales or lead generation
  • Good spoken and written English and Hindi
  • Comfortable with cold calling and target-driven work
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email outreach

Good to have

  • Experience selling services (digital marketing)
  • CRM experience
