Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:

• Inspect sites and identify technical requirements.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs and technical proposals.
• Plan and supervise project execution.
• Monitor quality and material consumption.
• Coordinate with customers, supervisors, site engineers and subcontractors etc.
• Resolve technical/site-related issues.
• Prepare project reports and completion documentation.
• Ensure projects meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Identify target markets and customer segments.
• Develop relationships with builders, developers, housing societies, industries, facility managers, architects, consultants and commercial establishments.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Develop institutional and corporate accounts.
• Identify large projects and tender opportunities.
• Set monthly and annual sales targets.
• Allocate targets to the Sales team.
• Monitor sales pipeline.
• Review quotations and major commercial proposals.
• Monitor conversion ratios.
• Participate in negotiations for major projects.
• Approve commercial strategy within delegated authority.
• Maintain relationships with key clients.
• Handle important client escalations.
• Negotiate major orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop long-term AMC opportunities.
