Job Description
Greet customers and assist them in selecting ice creams, desserts, and beverages.
Handle counter sales and provide excellent customer service.
Process customer orders and manage cash, UPI payments, and POS billing.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product display at the counter.
Handle takeaway and online delivery orders efficiently.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about inventory requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive shopping experience.
Follow company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures.
