Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Collaboration with multiple teams and resource management are key aspects, as well as overseeing the delivery of engineering and construction initiatives to meet organizational objectives.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes and methodologies related to manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural design.
- Experience in managing and customizing enterprise-level engineering software solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality and cost-effective results.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
