JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD MARKETING EXECUTIVE

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads for **Home Insurance, Vehicle Loans, and Home Loans** through outbound calls and field activities.
• Visit potential customers and explain product benefits, features, and eligibility.
• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.
• Collect and verify required customer documents.
• Coordinate with the sales and processing team for further documentation and application processing.
• Maintain daily lead, follow-up, and customer records.
• Update customer information and follow-ups in CRM/system.
• Achieve monthly sales, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide proper support throughout the process.

🎓 Requirements

• 12th Pass or Graduate** in any stream.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in **Marathi and Hindi**.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel for field work when required.
