Job Description Quess is looking for highly motivated and target-oriented Field Recruiters to join our recruitment team. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to achieve daily recruitment targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through field visits, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct field recruitment activities to attract suitable candidates.
• Screen candidates and assess their suitability for available positions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates.
• Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
• Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Required Skills1–3 years of experience in recruitment or field recruitment.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Strong candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
