Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain ATM machines and peripheral devices.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in ATMs.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of ATM systems.

Replace and repair ATM components such as card readers, dispensers, printers, and power supply units.

Ensure ATM uptime and timely closure of service calls.

Coordinate with banking customers and internal teams for issue resolution.

Maintain service reports and spare part records.
