Position: HR Executive / HR Assistant
Experience: 3 Years+
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment आणि candidate sourcing करणे.
- Job postings तयार करून योग्य candidates शोधणे.
- Interview scheduling आणि coordination करणे.
- Joining formalities आणि employee documentation हाताळणे.
- Employee attendance आणि leave records maintain करणे.
- Employee files आणि HR records व्यवस्थित ठेवणे.
- Payroll साठी attendance व आवश्यक HR data तयार करणे.
- Employee queries आणि day-to-day HR activities हाताळणे.
- Company HR policies आणि procedures follow करणे.
- Management ला आवश्यक HR reports तयार करून देणे.
Requirements:
- HR / Business Administration मध्ये Graduate असणे preferred.
- 6 Months ते 1 Year HR experience असणे आवश्यक.
- MS Excel आणि MS Office चे चांगले ज्ञान.
- Communication आणि interpersonal skills चांगले असणे.
- Recruitment आणि employee management ची basic knowledge.
- Team मध्ये काम करण्याची क्षमता.
- तत्पर, जबाबदार आणि positive attitude असणे.
