Junior Accountant

Job Description :

We are looking for a sincere and hardworking Junior Accounts & Documentation Executive for office work.

Responsibilities :

• Billing and invoice preparation

• Documentation filing and record keeping

• Basic accounting entries

• Data entry in Excel

• Maintaining office records

• Follow-up with clients/vendors for documents and payments

• Coordination for GST-related documents

• General office administration work

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Basic knowledge of TallyPrime (preferred)

• Good typing speed

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Good communication skills

• Organized and disciplined

Qualification:

• 12th Pass / B.Com / M.Com

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in office/admin/accounts work will be preferred

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off:

Day will be decided

Location Preference:

Candidates staying nearby will be preferred.

Probation Period:

3 months (salary based on performance and experience)
