📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Pune - Kharadi

🏭 Industry: BPO (Voice Process Hiring)

⏰ 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

📅 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀: 5 Days a Week

💼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Prior 4+ years of team management experience preferred

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters handling end-to-end recruitment.

• Drive hiring targets and ensure timely fulfilment of requirements.

• Handle high-volume recruitment for International BPO Voice processes.

• Manage hiring for International US Voice Processes.

• Monitor team productivity, daily performance and recruitment metrics.

• Guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate screening and closures.

• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet hiring deadlines.

🔹 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 / 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Prior experience in managing recruitment teams.

• Experience in International BPO hiring is mandatory.

• Hands-on experience in International US Process hiring.

• Strong understanding of high-volume voice process recruitment.

• Ability to drive team performance and achieve hiring targets.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
