Customer Service Executive – Personal Loans (DSA Channel)

About the Role
Tata Capital is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and target-oriented candidates to join the Personal Loans – DSA Channel team in Pune.
Key Responsibilities -
- Manage and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners.
- Onboard new DSA partners and support them in generating Personal Loan business.
- Follow up on leads, applications, documentation, and other internal team for smooth case processing.
- Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets.
- Handle customer queries and assist with loan applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Candidate Profile -
- Freshers can apply; 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele calling, banking, NBFC or financial services is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal, follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and DSA partners over the phone.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Willing to work from Pune in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
