Job Description
e are looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Office Boy to support the day-to-day administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate should be punctual, organized, and willing to handle multiple office-related tasks.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the office.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and basic documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries.
- Purchase and arrange office stationery, pantry supplies, and other requirements.
- Assist with banking, courier, and other outdoor office-related work when required.
- Help arrange meeting rooms and ensure they are ready for meetings.
- Maintain pantry and office supplies and inform the concerned person when stock is low.
- Assist employees with day-to-day office requirements.
- Ensure office equipment, furniture, and common areas are kept organized.
- Perform other general administrative tasks as assigned by management.
