Job Description

Job Location: Manjari Budruk / Hadapsar, Pune

Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Microbiology

Experience: 1 to 2 Years


Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day plant and production activities.
  • Ensure smooth execution of production activities as per the production plan.
  • Monitor manpower and allocate work responsibilities effectively.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Control and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure production processes follow company procedures, safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Monitor the proper usage of machinery, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain daily production records and operational reports.
  • Identify operational issues and report them to the management.
  • Ensure employees follow workplace discipline and safety procedures.
  • Assist in improving productivity and minimizing material wastage.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the production area.
