Real Estate Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

Lead generation

* Build a pipeline of corporate occupiers, IT/ITeS firms, GCCs, coworking operators and SMEs looking for space in Baner, Balewadi, Aundh and Hinjewadi

* Run direct outreach: cold calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, corporate visits

* Build and manage relationships with IPCs and local brokers (ANAROCK, JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Knight Frank) and track every broker-sourced lead

Sales and site visits

* Conduct site visits and walkthroughs; present floor plates, specs, facade, parking and amenities

* Use leasing decks, brochures and term sheets to pitch; tailor proposals to each occupier's headcount and fit-out needs

* Prepare test fits and space options with the design team where needed.

Reporting and market intel

* Maintain a CRM / tracker of leads, visits, proposals and closures; share a weekly pipeline report

* Track competing buildings, rentals and absorption in the Baner–Hinjewadi micro-market

* Coordinate with the project, facility and fit-out teams so handover dates and tenant requirements line up

Requirements

* 2–5 years in commercial real estate leasing or sales, ideally Grade-A office space in Pune

* Working network with IPCs, local brokers and corporate admin/real estate heads in West Pune

* Understanding of commercial lease terms: carpet vs chargeable area, CAM, lock-in, escalation, L&L vs lease

* Strong negotiation, presentation and follow-up discipline

* Fluent English, Marathi and Hindi

* Comfortable with CRM, Excel and PowerPoint

* Graduate; MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Real Estate preferred

* Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for site and client visits.
