Job Description
1. Lead Management & Follow-up
* Handle leads generated through company marketing campaigns, property portals, and digital platforms.
* Contact prospective customers promptly and understand their property requirements.
* Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
* Ensure no potential lead is missed or left unattended.
2. Customer Handling & Site Visits
* Explain project details, pricing, configurations, amenities, and available offers.
* Identify serious homebuyers and prioritize high-potential leads.
* Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
* Build customer confidence and address objections effectively.
3. Sales Conversion & Closing
* Focus on converting maximum assigned leads into confirmed bookings.
* Negotiate with customers and coordinate with developers to finalize transactions.
* Assist customers throughout the booking process.
* Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
