Job Description
- Source and recruit driver partners through telecalling, referrals, social media, and field activities.
- Generate new driver leads and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Explain Fleetfly's Leasing, D20, and Own Now plans to prospective drivers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested drivers to improve conversions.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility, requirements, and document availability.
- Coordinate driver onboarding, document collection, BGC, and verification processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with vendors, franchise owners, telecallers, and operations teams.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up status, and onboarding details in CRM or trackers.
- Identify reasons for lead rejection and take corrective action to improve conversion rates.
- Support newly onboarded drivers with activation, vehicle allocation, and basic queries.
- Submit daily and weekly recruitment reports and ensure compliance with Fleetfly's recruitment SOPs.
