Job Description
Sales Staff – Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product suggestions.
- Achieve assigned individual and department sales targets
- Promote new arrivals, offers, and seasonal collections.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
- Maintain proper display, folding, hanging, and arrangement of merchandise.
- Ensure the assigned department is clean and well organised.
- Arrange products size-wise, category-wise, and colour-wise.
- Assist customers with size selection and trial room requirements.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Follow store policies, attendance, grooming, and discipline requirements.
- Assist during stock counting, promotions, and other store activities as required.
