• Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate potential leads through calls, online platforms, and other sources.
• Contact prospective customers and explain the institute's IT training programs and services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant course information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
• Assist the sales team in converting leads into admissions.
• Maintain and update lead information, follow-up records, and sales reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and customers.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions.
• Coordinate with the counseling and admission teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Skills & RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Confidence in making calls and interacting with prospective customers.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a target-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude and a strong interest in sales and business development.
