### Experience Required

* Minimum *8-10 years* of experience in the *Automobile Industry*

* At least *2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior Sales Executive, or Sales Supervisor*

* Experience in the *Two-Wheeler Automobile Industry is mandatory*

* EV industry experience will be an added advantage

### Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.

* Achieve monthly sales and retail targets.

* Monitor daily walk-ins, enquiries, test rides, and follow-ups.

* Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques.

* Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth vehicle deliveries.

* Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

* Conduct team meetings and review individual performance.

* Implement promotional activities and showroom events.

### Candidate Requirements

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Strong knowledge of two-wheeler sales and dealership operations.

* Ability to achieve sales targets and handle customer escalations.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

* Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

* Age: *25–35 years*

* Candidates residing near *Vishrantwadi, Tingre Nagar, Dhanori, Lohegaon, Viman Nagar, Yerawada, or nearby areas* will be preferred.
