Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive with a strong understanding of marketing and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, content marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, branding, and marketing analytics. The person will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that help increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Manage and execute digital marketing activities across various platforms.
• Plan and manage social media campaigns for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Handle lead generation campaigns through digital channels.
• Coordinate with the content/design team for creatives, posts, videos, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Have working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other marketing metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and manage content calendars and marketing campaigns.
• Work on email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and other customer-engagement campaigns where required.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure marketing-generated leads are properly followed up.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
• Suggest new marketing ideas, trends, and strategies to improve brand reach and lead generation.
• Manage external agencies, freelancers, influencers, or vendors whenever required.
• Maintain proper documentation of campaigns, leads, creatives, and marketing performance.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Traditional Marketing concepts.
