Senior .NET Technical Lead

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior .NET Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in enterprise application development, modernization, cloud transformation, and technical leadership. The role requires expertise in modern .NET, Azure, microservices, APIs, databases, DevOps, and application security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of enterprise applications using C#, .NET 8/10+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API .
  • Drive legacy .NET modernization , monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud migration.
  • Design scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures .
  • Provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, code reviews, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop secure and highly available solutions on Microsoft Azure .
  • Perform hands-on development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
  • Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing, and code quality .
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, PMs, BAs, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify technical risks and provide recommendations for complex technical challenges.

  • SQL Server , advanced SQL and performance tuning
  • OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, API Security, OWASP
  • Unit/Integration Testing, xUnit/NUnit, SonarQube
  • Legacy .NET modernization and cloud migration

Preferred Skills

  • React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript
  • Event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS
  • Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions
  • Oracle / IBM DB2
  • Performance engineering and DevSecOps

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall .NET experience with 5+ years in a Technical Lead/technical leadership role .
  • Strong experience leading development teams while remaining hands-on.
  • Excellent problem-solving, client communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
