Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to communicate with customers, promote services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1 Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2 Explain company services and offers.
3 Generate leads and schedule appointment for sales team.
4 Meet daily,weekly and monthly call and performance targets.
