We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team.

The role involves speaking with prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, following up with leads, presenting suitable property options, and generating site visits.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective property buyers.
• Handle incoming enquiries and understand customer requirements.
• Qualify leads based on budget, location, property type, and purchase timeline.
• Explain suitable property options to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Generate and schedule property/site visits.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further discussions.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Work towards assigned calling, site visit, and sales targets.
• RequirementsFluent in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and organisational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000/month

Average Incentive: ₹25,000/month

Earning Potential: ₹22,000 – ₹50,000/month
