Job Description


HR & Admin Officer


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
  • Manage daily employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly salary/payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records, documents, and HR files.
  • Handle employee joining, onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding HR and administrative matters.
  • Manage day-to-day office and administrative activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with management and different departments for smooth HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR & Administration preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage multiple HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
