Job Description: COUNTER STAFF

Job Location Gondal Road Rajkot Gujarat

AGE - 18 to 30 

* Key Responsibilities:

* Parcel booking at the counter

* Customer handling & assistance

* Email & query response

* Ensure customer satisfaction

* Handle delayed parcel issues

* Maintain records & coordination

Skills Required:

* Good communication skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Customer handling ability

* Problem-solving attitude

Qualification - Any Graduate 


Shift Timing:

1st Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Rotational shift  

Salary & Benefits:

Net Salary: ₹14,500

Incentive Available

Week Off: Sunday
