Designation: Operations Executive

Job Profile: Back End Work

Material Inward: 

1.    Verify Material Receiving – Quantity, Material Quality / Damage Reporting, Best Before received from Transport / Market / Distributor.

2.    Market / Distributor Purchase List: Making Market Purchase List, Data Entry in Excel for Purchase Records.

3.    Registering all Cash Purchases in Excel, Tally Petty Cash Issues and Balance Returned from Market Runner.

Material Packaging:

1.    Arranging Material to be prepared and dispatch for all Clients

2.    Collate all Items as per Clients Requirement and Physically verifying Each Products / Articles with the Order Sheet, Quantity Verification and Master Carton / Bag Packaging.

3.    Ensure all Material are Labelled properly as per FSSAI Labelling Guidelines.

4.    No Expired / Near to Expired Material is Dispatched to Clients to prevent Sales Returns.

5.    Provide Instruction for Cleaning of Material to Ladies Staff as per requirement.

Material Outward:

1.    Cross Checking all Material is ready for Dispatch – Local / Outstation

2.    Physical Counting of Parcels – No. of Bags, Boxes, Tins, Thermocol, etc

Physical Stock Taking: Stock Taking Every Month.

Documentation: Purchase Invoice Entry in Miracle, Invoice Filling.

Skills Required:

12th Pass / Graduate

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel,

Fast Learner,

Hand-On Training Will be provided.

All Practical Guidance and Knowledge will be provided for Will Full Learners.
