Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
  • Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor/customer reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Support statutory, internal, and tax audits, including preparation and submission of required documents.
  • Review ledgers, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper accounting treatment.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, advances, expenses, and outstanding balances.
  • Assist in month-end/year-end closing, provisions, accruals, depreciation, and adjustments.
  • Prepare cash-flow statements, expense analysis, and other management reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Support management in financial analysis, budgeting, cost control, and other accounting-related decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies
