HR Executive

Manage recruitment activities across India, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, placement cells, and educational institutions for campus recruitment.

Identify, evaluate, and hire the right candidates based on organizational requirements and job specifications.

Coordinate the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring documentation.

Handle and maintain petty cash for day-to-day operational and recruitment-related expenses.

Manage company equipment, including proper allocation, tracking, maintenance, and records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment and operational activities.

Support other administrative and operational requirements related to hiring and workforce management.
