Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and energetic Property Advisors to join our real estate/Constructions co. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, explaining property projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential property buyers
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate is an advantage
- Freshers can apply
- Experience in real estate, sales, insurance, banking or telecalling is preferred
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + attractive incentives
Incentives: Performance-based, with high earning potential
Education: 12th / Any Graduate
