Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using pre-defined scripts or databases.
Customer Assistance: Handle inbound calls to resolve queries about company products, services, or pricing.
Lead Tracking: Document and update customer details, feedback, and interaction history in the company's CRM system.
Follow-Ups: Call potential or existing customers to schedule appointments, nurture leads, and close sales.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead conversion, or sale
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or regional languages.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
Tech Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software and telecommunications tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a call center environment is a strong advantage
