Core Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Hygiene: Clean work areas, sterilize utensils, and follow strict food safety rules.

Requirements & Skills

  • Culinary Knowledge: Deep understanding of traditional Indian spices, herbs, and cooking methods.
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: High school diploma or culinary certification; food safety credentials like ServSafe are a plus.
