Job Description
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets and maximize store profitability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including ABV, LPB, NPS, billing, and new customer registrations.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, FIFO compliance, and accurate billing.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and improve customer experience.
- Coordinate with franchisees, CFA teams, and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Support new store openings, recruitment, staff deployment, and store audits.
- Analyze sales reports, identify business opportunities, and implement strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Ensure store hygiene, visual merchandising, product displays, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
