We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery according to their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and product-related inquiries professionally.
- Drive jewellery sales and contribute towards achieving store sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure a positive in-store experience.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sales.
- Professional attitude and good presentation.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Previous experience in retail sales or jewellery sales will be an added advantage.
