Job Description

HR ASSISTANT

Company: Madhav Solar Energy Limited

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Experience: 1+ Year in HR / Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Maintain candidate and employee records
  • Prepare joining documents and support onboarding
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Assist in daily HR activities and employee queries

Requirements:

  • Graduate in HR / Management or relevant field
  • 1+ year of HR/recruitment experience
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements
