Inside Sales & Sales Coordinator – Female

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales & Sales Coordinator to support our sales team through lead calling, appointment generation, quotation and sales order preparation, CRM management, and coordination with field

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake regular outbound calls to leads received through IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, social media, and other sources.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.
• Generate appointments for the Field Sales Team.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to support sales conversion.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Executives and Sales Managers regarding customer visits, appointments, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare and share Quotations as per customer requirements.
• Create and process Sales Orders (SO) in CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Update lead status, follow-up remarks, appointment details, and sales activities regularly.
• Track pending quotations and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales follow-up reports.
• Maintain proper records of customer communication and sales activities.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
