Job Overview

  • Position Title: Relationship Manager (Wealth & Insurance Advisory)
  • Location: Surat, Gujarat
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Core Objective: To build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with retail and high-net-worth (HNI) clients by offering expert guidance on mutual funds, SIPs, insurance products, and fixed-income instruments like bonds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and regular portfolio reviews.
  • Financial Advisory & Needs Analysis: Understand clients' financial goals, risk profiles, and life stages to recommend suitable investment and insurance solutions (such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Life/Health Insurance, and Bonds).
  • Business Growth & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand the client base, acquire new accounts, and cross-sell or upsell relevant financial products to deepen wallet share.
  • Advisory Campaigns & Offerings: Facilitate client participation in key financial offerings, public debt issues, and structured investment opportunities.
  • Query & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client queries, service issues, or documentation requirements promptly and professionally.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), regulatory guidelines, and internal documentation standards.
