Accountant

Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Prepare monthly reports and account statements.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding payment and billing matters.

Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.

Perform any other accounting-related tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in B.Com / M.Com / Accounting or a related field.

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in textile, trading, or wholesale business.

Good knowledge of empire and tripta accounting software.

Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Good understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic taxation.

Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and ledger management.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Should be responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
